Who do I speak to if there is an issue with any hardware or software?

If your retailer is not able to help you in the first instance, please navigate to one of the following companies who will be able to deal with your concerns:

  • For issues with the 3M Dynatel™ RFID markers and locators please contact 3M
  • For issues with database access please contact Exor
  • For issues with the field data collection software please contact Trac-ID

Is there a charge for support?

There is no charge for basic support of software and hardware which is determined by us to be intrinsically faulty, however for detailed training needs, incorrect use of products or use of unsupported devices we reserve the right to provide you with a quotation for services in order to meet your requirements.
